With the product launch of the new Intel Atom® x6000 series, Celeron® and Pentium® processors (codenamed Elkhart Lake), we are able to provide additional product solutions from our partner congatec AG now. Based on the embedded standards SMARC, QSeven, COM Express, as well as Pico-ITX, these board- & module solutions offer significantly more performance in low-power applications.

Intel® reports an approximately 40% improvement compared to its predecessor series Apollo Lake. Elkhard Lake, based on a 10 nm microarchitecture, provides a clock rate up to 3 GHz in the so-called boost mode.  The up to four cores of the new Intel® product family provide numerous possibilities for the realization of new innovative AI-, as well as IIoT-applications, also or especially by supporting Intel® TCC and OpenVINO^™.
