Despite the many challenges and difficult conditions in the past year 2020, we are looking to the future with excitement and optimism. To structure and secure our investments in the future, iesy GmbH & Co. KG therefore changed its legal form from a partnership to a corporation as of December 31, 2020, and since January 1, 2021, has been trading as iesy GmbH.
 

All existing obligations and contracts of iesy GmbH & Co. KG have of course been taken over unchanged by iesy GmbH. Your personal contact persons are also there for you as usual. Company data such as address, bank details, e-mail addresses, etc. have remained unchanged, only the registration number at the Iserlohn Local Court is now HRB 9826. We therefore ask you to change our new company legal form and - if necessary - the registration number in your master data accordingly.
