iesy demonstrates mission-ready approaches in collaboration with strong partners

On 27 and 28 May 2025, the defence and security community gathered at the AFCEA trade exhibition in Bonn. We were also there and presented solutions for military and security-related applications.

The focus was on robust embedded systems for military scenarios and secure IT and communication solutions for networked operations. Using concrete exhibits, we demonstrated how hardware, software and system integration can be combined to create resilient, operational architectures – for example in the context of mission-ready concepts, fleet management and secure data rooms.

A central component of our trade fair appearance was our collaboration with established technology partners. Together with Rheinmetall, we presented approaches for networked fleet management based on Microsoft Azure and COAT.OS. The solutions were complemented by technologies from Getac, infodas, CONDOK and NVIDIA, which covered various aspects of robust hardware, IT security and powerful data processing.

The two days of the trade fair were characterised by intensive exchanges with trade visitors from industry, government agencies and the military. Discussions on operational requirements, deployment realities and practical experiences highlighted the importance of direct dialogue between users and technology partners. This exchange forms a central basis for further developing systems in a practical manner and adapting them to real-world conditions.
