Björn Padberg joined the iesy management team as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and authorised signatory in April 2024. He is responsible for the company’s operational business activities.

His focus is on production, where he manages the areas of manufacturing, testing, work preparation, warehousing and logistics. In addition, he is responsible for purchasing, finance, administration and human resources in the commercial sector.

With his operational experience, he strengthens existing processes and structures and develops them further in a targeted manner.
