Team spirit rather than personal bests

The AOK company run in Lüdenscheid brings together companies from the region every year and creates space for joint activities away from everyday working life. The iesy team also took part together.

On the course, groups with similar speeds naturally come together – without consultation, without guidelines. This creates a sense of togetherness where no one is left behind and everyone finds their own rhythm.

The finish times are correspondingly varied. But regardless of the time, the same applies to everyone: every run counts. The joint start, the mutual cheering and the coming together at the finish line clearly demonstrate what team spirit means at iesy.

The run is thus symbolic of our everyday work. Different strengths, different speeds – but a common goal and mutual respect. It is precisely this sense of togetherness that characterises the collaboration at iesy, both in projects and beyond.
