Change in legal form

Despite the many challenges and difficult conditions in 2020, we look to the future with excitement and optimism. In order to structure and secure our investments in the future, iesy GmbH & Co. KG converted from a partnership to a corporation on 31 December 2020 and has been operating as iesy GmbH since 1 January 2021.

All existing obligations and contracts of iesy GmbH & Co. KG have, of course, been taken over unchanged by iesy GmbH. Your personal contacts are also available to assist you as usual. Company data such as address, bank details, email addresses, etc. remain unchanged; only the registration number at the Iserlohn Local Court is now HRB 9826. We therefore ask you to change our new company name and, if necessary, the registration number in your master data accordingly. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
