iesy AM62xx OSM-LF

iesy AM62 OSM-LF

Solder-on module

With a size of 45 mm x 45 mm, the iesy AM62xx OSM-LF offers a wide range of application possibilities. An open source Linux based on Yocto is used here as the operating system. Due to the AM62 Sitara™ processor from TI, systems with high security functions can be realized with a wide range of functional security for industrial & automotive applications. The processor offers a Secure Boot for IP protection with the integrated Hardware Security Module (HSM) . Other notable features are the main memory (LPDDR4) with ECC, the Security Co processor ARM Cortex-M4F and the hardware cryptography accelerators for among others AES and SHA2. In addition to other many interfaces, the iesy AM62xx OSM-LF, like all Open Standard Modules™, offers the possibility to flexibly respond to requirements and is therefore future-proof, cost-effective and scalable.
